Years ago nobody wore a helmet to snowboard, indeed helmets were so rare that during the first British Snowboard championships held out side of the UK and staged in Andorra in 199???? 1 or 2, however, just before the GS we were told that we had to wear a helmet, which none of us had. I however had a brain wave and dug out of the apartment kitchen a green plastic cullender and with duck tape, taped it to my head and surprisingly I was allowed to ride in the race. Naturally I came last as the thing would not stay fastened on, still it was a laugh. Anyway, my question is - how many of you dont wear a helmet these days for general riding, it seems to me that most people do wear helmets.
