Years ago when I had a small resto, I used to personally shop for fresh produce at the tiendaan. Because the produce were used in a business that had small markup, I used to negotiate the best I could get from the tinderas. And I drove a hard bargain for my money. So good in fact that vendors were NOT happy at all to see me esp. no haanda pay nabusatan iti bigat. I have developed such a negative image as a barat when negotiong for the best price that somebody told me in confidence that vendors leave their puesto to escape from me when they see me approaching. So now, many years later, I changed my shopping method. I still insist for the best price that I could get and I buy lots, usually pakyawing the whole labba or bigao. But when I pay, I pay with big bills and I tell the grateful tindera to keep the kua... change. So now I have developed an image as somebody who doesnt know how to count money, ahaahahaha But now the tinderas fight over me. They monitor when I arrive. Arigna diak pay nakaparking, ipaypayapayda diay papayada kaniakon! Yekyekk #MurengTiPampanunot
