Years ago, when I met the Dalai Lama in Pasadena, CA - 1976 - he had Tibetan Monks with him that could tone two sounds from their own vocal chords, simultaneously. I discovered, after a bit of meditation and focus, that I was able to do the same. This video of this woman, however, is beyond what I have heard before.
