Ice accumulations will be more likely toward Springfield and St. Louis, and not Kansas City. Likewise, any snow accumulations should amount to nothing more than a dusting to 0.5. What could be more of an impact for Monday mornings commute is black ice. A light glaze of ice may form along some roadways, bridges and overpasses, as temperatures drop below freezing Sunday night.
