Yep. Its spring. Snow on the ground. Doesnt make you think too much of summer and bathing suits, right? But you KNOW those terrifying words, Pool party are right around the corner. So lets face it ~ if we want to be in shape for June, we need to get started now. I see people changing their bodies every single day and it makes me SO happy!! They suck it up....start changing how they eat....and push play on that DVD player or get to the gym or whatever, even when they dont feel like it. Because thats the ONLY way you can make this happen. You cant WISH the pounds away....or continue doing what youre doing and expect things to change. One thing that helps is to have daily accountability. So not only do you need to know how and what and how much to eat, and of course, an effective workout that will tone those muscles, but it sure is nice to have a TEAM of people doing exactly what youre doing, getting together every day ONLINE in a private FB group page, and talking each other up through the tough days, and high fiving you through the good ones. Best of all, it makes YOU more like to stay on track, because you know you have to face the music every day. :) I have ONE spot left in my April 7th group. If you want to take that spot, comment below or inbox me so I can give you the details. You can wait another month or two if you want, of course, but youre going to be kicking yourself for not getting started sooner. ;)
