Yep. Its that simple. Your employer should not use its own religious beliefs to decide what what insurance coverage you should be entitled to receive. (By the way, I did not know corporations attended church.). If an employers religious beliefs prevent it from providing contraceptive coverage, the monetary difference in premium should be paid directly to the employee and allow the employee the right to make the decision based upon his or her own beliefs.
