Yep, Teresa Works alright. Pretty much anywhere thats north of Macon rd. Thats about it. Shes a good figurehead, and when Ive met her, seems like a nice woman, but the same issues persist. Whilst increased police presence is literally everywhere, that isnt helping, and it normally doesnt with all the recent incidents. More police doesnt result in less crime. Probably should invest more in education and giving those in the lower income areas something constructive to do and instrument more programs for youth. It wouldnt hurt to encourage more businesses to the city besides the primary ones that own half of the city.
