Yep, this is why the majority of people were against his plan and why he had to back door his plan. I heard on the news there are not enough healthy (aka young) people signing up, and that is not going to work. He better start building more jails to fit all the people that will not sign up, will not pay the tax fee....at least in jail you will have a roof over your head, three meals and I am willing to bet free health care!
