Yes, Capiz needs help too! Ive been to Tapaz, Dumalag, Dumarao and Pilar, Capiz, Sunday-Monday, and just like some area in EV, they are also devastated by the typhoon. When you go there, youll see people cleaning the mess of Yolanda, the rubble of their houses which now turned into ground zero. In that 2 days, never did I see media in the area or any government or private units distributing relief goods. Seeing the victims looking so depressed really saddened me. What gave me relief was when we stop in front of them to ask for direction, they still managed to put a smile in their face, leave what they are doing and lead you to the right way. To all the people of Capiz and all the victims of Yalandas wrath, be strong, the Lord God is with us all and Im praying for your fast recovery from this tragic calamity. God bless us all!
