Yes, Henry is still on a roll. Ironically abusive people will read the following and zoom in on this one piece, Unsafe people do not do that hard work. They stay angry, stuck and bitter, sometime for life. When they feel upset, they see others as the cause, and others as the ones who have to do all the changing When they are abused, they hold on to it with vengeance and spew hatred for the rest of their lives. When they are hurt, they wear it like a badge. And worst of all, when they are wrong, they blame it on others. and will proceed to claim their victim is holding a grudge and is being unsafe by expecting changed behavior and is walking away. In fact, discontinuing having contact with an abuser is more often than not characterized as grudge holding despite the fact that the abusive person has never changed their behavior. In reality the abusive person in fact has the characteristics they like to claim their victim has. They hold grudges, blame everything on other people or other things or on circumstances and events, and they spew anger and hatred long after the victim has moved on with life and doesnt even think about them most of the time.
