Yes I agree it is everyones problem. In Santa Clara on the corner of Lawrence Expressway and Monroe near my home a corporation bought a vacant facility. The demolish crew destroyed all buildings at that facility. The worst part of this project was the way they killed over Thirty full grown trees. The mangled tree stumps and twisted roots are all that remain until the crew can crush and pulverize them too. The heat and glare from that corner is now a very ugly hazardous signal stop. I have cried many times when I have to drive by there to work. Cupertino killed lots of trees too building the new Apple Hub facility. At least there was some effort to save some of the trees on the perimeter.
