Yes I always have thought they should. This comment Im going to share was posted by Kasey Keven and it really makes me angry because its like saying our children are not worth much. it would cost the schools $1000 per seat on each bus. The average school bus hold between 18 and 24 seats. thats $1800 to $24000 per bus!!! Last year 9 deaths occurred nation wide. that is .4 deaths per million miles. School busses are the safest form of transportation in the country. The schools and tax payers dont need this burden.
