Yes I have now learned that we do not even know what happiness is until we forget about ourselves , start focusing on other than us and become generous givers ! In order to that , we should always flee from the sensory since it is the opposite of the meanings - generosity ! Two opposites are not joined together ! When you allow the flesh - self , what it desires always , then your flesh is your own Idol !
