Yes, I know. Its not the first and not the last. Ever since I became a station manager, most of the time people are not happy when they receive warning letters - some take it very hard and personally :D Every work / organization has a set of regulations to run smoothly and because the radio is so pubic, it seems that all the wrong in peoples eyes seem to be the biggest because everyone hears the programs through out the whole day/night. Public is never going to get satisfied ~ heres a hint for those who dont appreciate little things in life. Cooperate with one another ~ simple as that. When you get to over see these all, you get to find out some things such as: 1. wanna be controlling people 2. wanna be come up with their own set of rules even though they are not the board 3. which ones get mad so easily and the list goes on. So, like it or not, radio life goes on :)
