Yes Im still taking juice plus.. Ive reduced to one shake a day and trying to eat more after realising Im pregnant. Juice plus supports pregnancy and breast feeding.. Its nothing artificial , its a whole foods suppliment. I wont be overdosing of vitamins or anything. So its safe to still have this along with my pregnacare vitamins. :) Here is, once again, the smoothie recipe ideas to try for my lovely ladies on juice plus.
