Yes, Im sure they need help but guess what Japan; where were the screams of the people 3 years ago? See we here in the US are now breathing in that same stuff and well no one believes us here even though we are correct about how bad this is. Yes, I do know about the ignorance factor and many of us had been trying to alter that but again, the silence of the Japanese people is seen as consent. Maybe in three years more when most there are dead and we start dying here; then people will stop taking money to lie about this both there and here.
