Yes. My form could be a little bit better on my LAST 20 of 150 push ups from my workout today! Crushed chest, 10 minutes of a plank straight, and added 150 push ups amongst my workout! I ACCEPTED THE CHALLENGE to get more fit and healthy and BUILD 10 lbs of lean muscle as well as work up to a 10 minute plank, all while competing for vi model! YA girl accepted and was ALL IN and will be #ALLIN for the rest of my life! The project 10 challenge isnt just about losing weight or building muscle, but LIVING A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE in a very unhealthy world AND always challenging yourself to get better, in different ways. I only have 6 days left on my first 90 day change and I am SO PROUD of the progress I have made. I HAVE GOTTEN BETTER. I compete with no one but the woman I see in the mirror everyday. Its me versus me! Do you want to get healthy? Or you overweight? Do you want to build some lean muscle mass? WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR!? It better not be 1/1 and the hundreds of other excuses I hear.
