Yes, a child really did come up to me at the Dufferin TTC station - TopicsExpress

Yes, a child really did come up to me at the Dufferin TTC station in Toronto one afternoon and wave a transit transfer at me. That is what that part of it is about. ...Canadas Prime Minister, Stephen Harper, and his government were crowing this past year because they had broken off diplomatic relations with Iran (and were letting Italy talk for Canada). I started emailing with the political authorities in Ottawa in 2011 and sent some inclusive of directly to the Prime Minister beginning in June, 2013 thinking that among other things, after the foiled threat against VIA Rail in Ontario whose charged suspects were allegedly trained in Iran (but no evidence has yet been made public suggesting the Iranian government sponsored them), it would be wise to discuss this (...on a direct basis). So, i offered consultations to the Prime Minister. 5 months later, i have yet to receive a reply from the PMO and there are now circumstances that involve consequences that cannot be ignored and possibly could have been avoided had there been such consultations and appropriate public policymaking by the Canadian authorities. It goes on. This is just a note to explain what is going on to all involved. I will see that the text is sent to the Canadian political authorities so they dont get the wrong idea about what their silence has actually accomplished this year. And then, when i have the time, we will get back to what is necessary to resolve this properly so that no more innocent lives will be lost. So, looking at it from that angle, it remains to be seen whether the children have to be told to ignore such people in the public eye who are not sufficiently concerned about their well-being and safety as time marches inevitably forward. Maybe its just the particular one(s) who continue to avoid their responsibilities who should be assessed that way...
