Yes, jere in CA, we are no longer in debt. Our state budget is now at a surplus. And for those who say we have deterred businesses from coming here due to how we did that, all I can say is there is a whole list of businesses that are here willingly and actually proud of it, bcse their business practices are ethical and they believe trickle down economics dont work...or you could just take a look at the whole U,S. econmy for the last 50 years to see that (with the exception of Clinton;s presidency that turned us around briefly).
