Yes that is sweat not water. I just finished a midnight back workout at a gym about an hr outside of Dubai. These guys are hardcore. All their equipment was old school and took real power to move the weight. The funny thing is I passed out on the way there for about the hr it took to get there. Something happened when I got there tho and I was ready to rock. Tired, no one cares. Sore, no one cares. Dont wanna train, no one cares. Half assin it, no one cares. At the end of the day you are the only one that is accountable and the only one who cares. Get in there and give it hell, audience or no audience.
