Yes this IS a test-A test that reveals a POWERFUL MESSAGE--No doubt instigated by the practice of homeless spikes placed where homeless people take refuge from the natural elements in order to survive in a city thats rife with a new wave of people whove been forced to take to the streets, often due to oppressive laws like the Fit for work law that is so narrowly defined, a totally handicapped person dependent on benefits can be evicted for non-payment of rent!
