Yes, this pretty much sums it up even as a business in Walla Walla in January. We know you all know this, but January is the toughest month for your local, independently owned small businesses. The weather is crummy, the tourists dont visit as much, and generally, people just dont get out as much as they do in the warmer months. (And, we get it, we like to stay in too!)
