Yes, war solves very little. There is this ugly habit which, particularly some western politicians have, of presenting other peoples as backwards and incapable of listening to reason or negotiation. People in the Middle East arent stupid. I think there is a language barrier in countries such as Iraq, though. I mean, of course no one is going to understand someone elses idea if its in another language. If people from the West, Southern Africa or South East Asia have something they are passionate about, then it would help to read a Koran, to research for many different viewpoints about how the Koran can be applied and interpreted and to learn Arabic. After doing this, it is possible to interact on social media platforms. You can explain your ideas about animal rights or LGBT rights or whatever it is youre passionate about - in an inclusive way as was explained to you once upon a time. Some people may never even have heard about these ideas before. So, you could explain your ideas and maybe teach someone your perspective. In return, you could listen to the other persons idea and learn something from them. The other person may not accept your ideas but then backing an army to go in and massacre a whole lotta innocent people is less encouraging than talking to someone like a human being. Btw, it would be nice if Hollywood wasnt always making people from other countries the bad guys in movies - such as Japanese, Russian, Chinese or Ethiopian people. It is exclusive and not fair since most people around the world watch US media.
