Aquino III visiting the Post Office Building to receive a commemorative stamp in celebration of the Sesquicentennial (1863-2013) of Malacañan Palace, the Philippine Postal Corporation is issuing a special stamp with a denomination of Ten Pesos. The stamp shows the façade of Malacañan Palace viewed across the Pasig River and the Official Seal of the President of the Philippines. In photos are PHLPost Postmaster General & chief executive officer Josefina Dela Cruz and National Historical Commission of the Philippines chairperson Maria Serena Diokno.
