Yes with no pay raises for some staff in 4 years, others 2 so far. OH but dont forget to wear your BLAZERS that they also do not pay for, but expect you to have the best wardrobe to work in while working on minimum wages, or a little over, and paying rent/mortgage, car payments, gasoline, food, cable T.V., cell phones, taking care of children, grandchildren, BUT OUR LIVES DO NOT MATTER, AS LONG AS WE WORK LIKE MULES, SELLING BEING ABOUT 15% of the work we actually do, some more than others. Work, Work, Work, Sparkle on, but dont you dare open your mouth and say ANYTHING critical because Charm is perfect, and if you do criticize then they will TERMINATE YOU, TOSS YOU ASIDE like garbage, even though your mother has breast cancer and you have devoted 15 years to them. Maybe the owners are relaxing today in their huge house in St. Margarets Bay, or better yet out on their boat? BUT ALL YOU LITLLE PEOPLE HAVE TO WORK TO KEEP THEM HAPPY!!!!!!
