Yes yes yes!!!! This was my story as well! I ate so well with Wyatt, took a food-based multivitamin, and had an awful start to breastfeeding BC my son was lip tied. I could not piece the puzzle together. When I began researching this topic associated with folic acid, I immediately went to my cabinet to see what form of this vitamin was in my prenatal.
