Yeshua on the Mount of Olives made the statement that lawlessness will abound in the last days. Its part of Yeshuas answer to His followers question of what would be the sign of His second coming and of the end of this world. Is lawlessness increasing? I try to read and follow what is going on in this world each and every day. Just when I think that I cannot be shocked, I am. Today in the News is a story about a Beautiful Teen age girl doused and burned alive. This did not happen in some other country. It is not about what is happening in the Middle East. This was here in the US in the state of Mississippi. Jessica Chambers, 19, of Panola County was found engulfed in flames near the charred shell of her car sitting on the roadside in the town of Courtland. The town has a population of 460. She was flown to a hospital in Memphis, Tennessee, but later died. Preliminary autopsy results reveal Jessica died of severe burns to 98 percent of her body. “She left to go clean out her car and was going to get her something to eat.” Jessica never made it home. This is just one example of what Yeshua was talking about. Recently we have seen chos in the streets of America. We have seen Cars and buildings were on fire, and explosions in the streets of Ferguson Missouri. Law and order were nowhere to be found, as looters capitalized on fear and complacency. There was NO regard to those in those communities who had worked hard their entire lives to have a business that would provide for their families. Among the things that God hates are feet that are swift to run to mischief (Proverbs 6:18). Sadly, we see this type of activity becoming more and more prevalent in the world today. We continue to read about Demonstrators Continuing Nightly Protests, and Blocking Freeways, and causing chos to Businesses. Russell Simmons, co-founder of Def Jam Recordings, appeared on CNNs Out Front with Erin Burnett to warn there are more protests coming if demands are not met. We are seeing the beginning of the end of police policing. We are seeing the beginning of police being able to do their job, to protect and defend. When their hands get tied the you will really see the most serious and numerous acts of lawlessness in Our Streets. Sad but true I do believe the way it is headed America has not seen protests like those that are coming.
