Yesterday, April 24, 2014, at Back On The Racks in Atascadero, a woman, approximately 53-55 tall, brown hair pulled up in a clip, wearing a gray and black striped hoodie, rolled up jeans, a large black purse, and sneakers, driving a light blue truck, came into the store and stole two shirts.
