Yesterday Ash Williams a local footballer for Mornington Bulldogs - TopicsExpress

Yesterday Ash Williams a local footballer for Mornington Bulldogs under 19s as well as completing a plumbing apprenticeship. In the clip below were using reverse hyperextension on a Swiss ball not only to develop the glutes with a new stimulus, but developing the stabilisers of the lower back such as the erector spinae ( lower back muscles). Reason being that constant labour in the occupational field can lead to chronic injury, there is 2 options when preventing such an issue. 1. Get in the perfect body position for the task at hand (generally leads to inefficient and slow work, even though your back wont hurt, your boss isnt going to be happy with productivity) 2. Have the muscle structures strong enough to with stand the rigours of work. This is the beginning for Ash to develop a body to work pain free and play the sport he loves.
