Yesterday, Elyse and I planned to make one of our favorite dinners, our version of enchiladas. Like a good husband, I dutifully went to the store while she was at work to pick up the ingredients. Later, as I added the canned Enchilada sauce, I noticed it looked a little darker than usual, but didnt think anything of it. Well, its a good thing Elyse noticed, lol. Id picked up HOT instead the Mild she prefers. Serious husband fail there, if you didnt reaize. Its all good though. I hurried back to the store for the Mild Enchilada sauce while Elyse quickly poured the Hot from the baking dish and salvaged dinner. Thankfully it all worked out and we had a delicious dinner anyway. Good thing, since Im pretty sure itll take me a while to live it down anyway, but if Id ruined dinner, it would never be forgotten. Id get the double check you getting the right thing reminder for the rest of my life, lol.
