Yesterday GCPF reported: Elderly Couple Targeted Again - Majuba Place Glenvista 18h30 5 BM 3 armed with handguns made entry into the home and took cell phones. [snipped] Same couple was targeted weeks ago. CPF patrollers searched the area for the suspects to no avail. VSU and medics on scene. From there daughter: Feeling hearts ore and angry...my parents were attacked in their home in Glenvista yesterday. My dad is 78 and my mom 74. There were 5 of them with guns. My dad suffers from severe arthritis and was sitting on the couch. The one held him while the other bashed his head with a gun demanding cash. One threw my mom on the ground, she weighs 48kgs and pulled her legs over her head severely injuring her back. They kept demanding cash. A neighbour pushed his panic button and they fled. Had this not happened I dread to think what they would have done to my parents. These things are savages and cowards!
