Yesterday HC Delhi rejected the appeal of one association to be recognized as CNS representative in AAI.....why are such things happened why our senior officers are waking up to the call of solidarity .......and moreover why to waste public money by one unrecognized association in AAI that spent lakhs n lakhs of rupees on lawyers ......what do you say ...it should have been ? any association would do that ! .....no ...then you are getting the issue ....issue is to get recognized while another association is recognized in AAI.......and doing its best .... this recognized association has already talked to Ultimate decisive authority in CNS that let them (the unrecognized association)function the way they want and the recognized association would simply sit down for the sake of CNS...then ...why they are spending money on the issue of recognition .... THE judiciary can not intervene in such matters its ppl in CNS who elect and select the functionaries.... think about it and try to put your best perusal to convince at your stations to get fragmented CNS a consolidated body and that sends signal to all concerned that CNS is no more vulnerable now to greed and fake protection.
