Yesterday, Heather, Gene and I celebrated completion of our 20th scrapbook / photo album at the Lake Bluff History Museum. Scrapbook 20 is Lucy Judsons Kodak album and is filled with many photos, some identified, some not. It is believed that this album was assembeld by her after she left Lake Bluff Orphanage. The photos are mounted on black paper and silver ink was used on the black paper to identify some of the people. The book is a treasure and lent itself well to scanning an entire page, which we did. We hope to have the entire book available on the web in the future. And, I believe Phyllis Albrecht did this, a type written key to the photos was with the book. Thank you Phyllis!!! This also completes the first drawer, only 5 more to go.
