Yesterday, I and several other parents did 10 TED-style talks about our passions for 700 kids at Coldfall Peimary school. The experience was amazing. I did CArtooning - how I became one and the lessons of my little angels as well as a Spingebib song finale! Others did Neuroscuence, a wonderful talk about their charity ChildrenHelpChuldren, a Childrens Doctor on disgusting things and being a special detective, what is Advertising, how to wash hands really effectivectively , why get educated, counting to 10 in Mandarin, and a very moving yoga session which led to all the little kids sitting meditating in what was their meaning of life. The talks were an idea of mine that I think should be in every school. Parents are amazing. Kids are amazing. You are amazing. And sharing our passions are amazing.
