Yesterday I asked you what your core supplements are and 34 comments later saw a variety of answers. Thanks to all who got involved. What was interesting for was the reasoning for choices, ie. supplementing for health or supplementing for training. It was a pretty even mix and there were a few supplements that made a lot of peoples list. So I guess it is on me to step up, here are my top 3. Greens Powder - This are full of digestive enzymes, probiotics and a ridiculous amounts of micro nutrients and anti oxidants. Great way to start the day. Multi Vitamin - Always a winner to ensure you tick all the boxes when your diet might not get there. I always aim for one that has vitamin D3 included in it and high levels of magnesium. Creatine - Cost to benefit, this is one of the best supplements you can take for training. I really wanted to include fish oil, but the fact that this could be improved by simply eating more oily fish bumped it out of the top 3. Agree or disagree with me? Let me know your thoughts.
