Yesterday, I attended a forum on the Public Wage Bill facilitated by the SRC , which was led by Commissioner Peter Castro Oloo Aringo at Migori TTC. Later, I shared a table over lunch with my namesake, my dad @apilojagirango and Mr. Owaga who is the head of Prof. Oyugis campaign secretariat . Hon Aringo is very sharp, articulate and our brief engagement makes me understand why for many years, Moi was invincible in Kenyan politics.
