Yesterday I got to speak with a group of Arcata High School students as part of a panel discussion on careers in public service. Along with the other panelists, I encouraged them to not worry about what they want to do for the rest of their lives, but rather to just decide what they want to do tomorrow and the day after that. There is always time to reinvent ones self. I also encouraged them to focus on whats important to them, what they enjoy doing and what gives their lives meaning. Im always impressed by the quality of the young people in our community!
