Yesterday, I had an acupuncture session with my favourite people at The Perry Centre, Manuka. My session took about half an hour (10 minute consult - 20 minute needle session) and I walked out of there with a renewed sense of calm, and ease in my body and mind. Its true that Yin Yoga has the quality of a needle-less acupuncture session - helping us reap the same benefits as a needle session does. Acupuncture for me, now occurs once a month - Yin takes care of me the rest of the time - and I use the needle sessions for an extra boost of ease...
