Yesterday I had more near misses with pedestrians than the rest of the year put together. Having read a few other peoples post regarding tourists in the last 24 hrs, and going by my own past experiences of this time of year, I would like to propose that we officially rename October half term Dickhead week. Unless someone can come up with a snappier name that is. I also propose that as its so busy, and most of them are dickheads, we stop being nice to our visitors just for this week. Why not eh? Weve been nice to them all year, answering their stupid questions, putting up with their insults etc. I promise that the first person who asks me tomorrow,Why does it always rain here? is going to feel that back of my hand. Especially if they are a cockerney. And they call me mate, or driver.
