Yesterday I had the pleasure of lifting in the Revolution - TopicsExpress

Yesterday I had the pleasure of lifting in the Revolution Powerlifting Syndicate meet in Hellertown, PA. As always it had top-notch equipment and judging. I finished the day 9 for 9 with a 565 Squat (50lb PR), a 460 Bench Press (20lb PR), a 530 Deadlift (30lb PR), and a 1555 Total (130lb PR). Such an incredible day would not be possible without the tremendous support system that is my team. I must thank Anthony Ditillo, David Kirschen, and Justin Enes for sticking by my side and supporting me for 4 years now even when it wasnt easy to do so. I must also thank my team members Lauren Enes, Rob Unger, Demetrius Barefield Jr, Karen Jo, James Jack, and Jessica J. Del Barrio for pushing me every workout. I cannot forget John Bott, Mike Stuchiner, and Stephanie Diemert(and Danny of course) for teaching me so much in the time we trained together. Words cant express how grateful I am to all of these individuals. I must also thank John Meadows for his incredible nutritional coaching, which has allowed me to take my training and recovery to new levels. Shout out to Tone Barbaccio and the Jersey Iron guys for always giving so much back to the sport we all love and being such great ambassadors for the sport to all of the younger lifters. Lastly, congratulations to my old friend and 1st strength mentor Scott Paltos for getting on the platform for the first time in a long time and moving some big weights. Maybe it wasnt the perfect day, but big things are on the horizon! Thank you all!!!!! (videos to come...)
