Yesterday I had what I hope is my third and final mouth surgery to get it ready for a partial. Many things are hanging on the healing of my mouth properly. Keep me in you prayers that this may go well with me. today I woke after 6 hours of sleep too much pain and swelling. Nothing but soft or liquids for two weeks. I lost a total of 8 1/2 pounds of weight last time as of yesterday. Time to go for a few more off the scale, it would help if I could exercise too. I have had vertigo problems for the last month and yesterday I had two migraines. I surgery removed the bones left in my jaw that were bumpy and poking out of my skin. They also removed a socket left over from a tooth that has been pressing on a nerve. No I just need to not touch the mouth and let it heal properly.
