Yesterday I hit a crossfit workout I had seen a few years ago and have wanted to try ever since. The reason why I havent is that Im never been strong enough. 3 rounds of 1 Bb deadlift @ 204kg 2 muscle ups 3 Bb Full Cleans @ 113kg 4 Handstand Push-ups. Its not heaps. But for this little guy the goal was to one day be strong enough to be able to get through it. Here is some of my final set. Ive never sweated so much over 30 reps in my life. @michaelroach_crossfit #thefunclife #thesweatlife
