Often called accommodating resistance, the further the chain moves from the floor the heavier it gets. So momentum in a lift gets eaten up with the added weight. These chains also work well draped over ones shoulders or wrapped around ones hips... So be prepared for these bad boys to make an appearance not only in the Big Three at Core...
