Yesterday I posted a message saying that I had made a video that consisted of me trying unsuccessfully to break a board on my head; the video is called “Karate Dad” I was debating whether to post it and share it on YouTube, my son Troy was all for it but my daughter Tara expressed that it would be a bit embarrassing to her if I did. Today she woke up and told me it would be Ok if I posted it but only if it would help kids fighting cancer in some way. She is the most caring, giving, kind daughter any father could ever wish for! I have decided that I will post the video on one condition; that is if I can get at least $1000 dollars in donations for the organization “Sophia’s Fund” Sophia’s Fund is dedicated to helping families in their crusade against childhood cancer; either financially or otherwise. We assist with life changes; raising awareness to gain greater support in the local and national communities; and ultimately strive to allow families to focus their energy on the battle as their children undergo cancer treatments. Sophia’s Fund was there to assist my family while my son Cole was undergoing cancer treatments and I am willing to do anything to give back to them and help other kids fighting cancer and their families. If I can get $1000 dollars donated to this wonderful organization by 10:00 pm tonight I will post the video tomorrow. There are two ways you can donate, either purchase tickets to our annual Halloween fundraising event called Sophia’s Supreme Scream being held on October 25th at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough Massachusetts. This party will be an amazing event with a 1 in 100 chance of you walking away with an incredible prize, with a grand prize of your choice of a classic fully restored 1969 Chevy Camaro or your choice of $15,000, there will be food, a band, dancing, costumes, a view from the ballroom of the New England Revolution playing, and so much more! You can purchase tickets to this event here: sophiasfund/supreme-scream.html Or if you cannot make it to the event you can donate whatever you can afford to Sophia’s Fund here: sophiasfund/donate.html Let’s see who wants to see this video bad enough while helping us help kids fighting cancer…who’s in?
