Yesterday I posted an article that got a conversation going about race politics and racial profiling. I believe that racism still exists and it is more subtle than it was a few decades ago. The data is clear. However, when we turn to the question about how to fix that problem, the answers are less clear. The discussion must start with a clear consensus view that racism exists and it can be very subtle.
