Yesterday I received a partial plate, replacing my four upper molars. Ive been trying to get my teeth fixed for about four years now. This partial wasnt my desired outcome. I had hoped to get root canals and crowns but with the resources available it was the best option. It feels strange, but it doesnt hurt. Im lisping a bit but will learn how to reposition my tongue in a day or two. I wore the plate for five hours before going to bed last night, and no sore spots. I just ate a whole apple and was able to chew it comfortably and properly. I think Ill get used to it fairly quickly and be glad to have it. This, ladies and gentlemen, is another Obamacare success story. Without Obamacare, I would probably still have broken, jagged, rotting teeth in my mouth.
