Yesterday I reposted a time lapse video from our tear down of a VW beetle. The time lapse was over a five and a half hour period. The video is two and a half minutes long. I started watching it and a few things really stood out. 1. I stand around watching a lot....like everytime you see me im just standing there. 2. One of our oldest guys, Sarge, is also one of our hardest working people in that video. 3. A guy had to stand staring at the camera in a paint ventilator mask for over three minutes just so he would show up for two seconds halfway through the video. It really got me thinking. If your life was shown as a time lapse video. What would people notice? Would they notice all the things you do for God? Would they notice how much you give or care about others? Would they notice how much you share your Love of Christ with anyone? Or would they notice things that would make you cringe? Would they notice things that you thought you could do because no one was around? Would they notice things that dont represent the good in you that you feel you have? Hows a good time to look back, reflect and make changes to your life story. God can help, just think, thats the beauty of accepting Jesus Christ into your life, no matter the sins of the past, its almost like having an erase button on that video. Live for the future, live for now, let Him forgive forgive for the past
