Yesterday I spent all day down at Bondi Beach playing and training with my sister Maddie, our friend Sze Lok and the Bondi Bar Brutes on the brand new outdoor gym - which even has a pole! The most amazing and exciting thing about the pole in the outdoor gym at Bondi is that now finally pole has a place in the sun (literally!) along with other regular fitness activities. Of course, I love the sensual side of pole dance, but I also appreciate pole fitness, and its so great to see pole being accepted as a hardcore workout that merits a place in Bondi Beachs famous outdoor gym.
