Yesterday I talked with my mom on the phone with my Neptune! While she was driving I was surprised at how well I heard her with all that road noise in the background! What made me happy is that I understood it all, she sounded like herself and didnt sound like she was putting too much volume on her own voice. However when shes on speaker it sounds like that but when its not on speaker she sounds normal. I wasnt using my Sony MW600 Bluetooth with my Neptune or any T-Coil device, I had it up to my ear, this is a FIRST with the Neptune! Thanks AB!
