Yesterday, I was acting like a human jolly jumper for my 7 month - TopicsExpress

Yesterday, I was acting like a human jolly jumper for my 7 month old grandson as he would stand on my lap waiting for me to lift him in the air. Every time I did this I would add a little sound effect (a word). We were doing this off and on for several minutes. Meanwhile, a childrens animated TV show came on in the background. As I lifted my grandson up in the air for another jump, while saying the word, the character on the show (in his heavy British accent) said the same word a second later. My daughter witnessed this and I told her this happens to me a lot and sometimes Ill say a word (always in a different context) at the same time its coming out of the speaker. I asked her to rewind the program (it was on Netflix) to confirm what we thought we heard. There it was not once but twice. We didnt hear the first time the character said it because I said it louder (and in synch with the character, who said it while playing with a rubber ball). BTW, the word was boing. It may not even be a word... which makes it stranger... especially when you consider a similar synchronicity moment happened to me earlier in the day with the word creative. Pass the aluminum, Im covering the windows!
